Thai style salad


* This dish contains peanuts!

Thai style salad with peanut dressing

3-4 fried beancurds, slice into small pieces
1 tomato, sliced
Half cucumber, thinly sliced
500g bagged salad (a bag of fresh salad of your choice)
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

Peanut dressing
4tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1tbsp Thai red curry
1tbsp fish sauce
200ml coconut milk
1tbsp granulated sugar
2tbsp sunflower oil

1)    To prepare the salad, rinse the leaves under running water and put them in a salad bowl.
2)    Put some sliced tomatoes, eggs, fried beancurds, and cucumbers on top.
3)    To make the peanut sauce - heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan. Add the Thai red curry paste and stir until it is dissolved.
4)    Add the coconut milk and peanut butter. Stir until they are mixed together well.
5)    Season it with 1tbsp fish sauce and 1tbsp sugar. Stir again for a few minutes.
6)    Remove from the heat.
7)    Serve the peanut sauce with the salad.
